22 Part applies only to scheduled areas
(1)
This Part applies to and in respect of water industry infrastructure that is situated in, on or over land referred to in Schedule 1 (a scheduled area).
(2)
The Minister may, by order published on the NSW legislation website, amend Schedule 1 so as to add more scheduled areas or include more land in existing scheduled areas.
