32 Applications for binding non-coverage declaration
(1)
An application for a binding non-coverage declaration for an infrastructure service—
(a)
may only be made by or on behalf of the service provider for that service, and
(b)
may not be made after the water industry infrastructure by means of which the service is to be provided has been commissioned.
(2)
A binding non-coverage application—
(a)
must be in such form as the Minister may approve, and
(b)
must be accompanied by such fee as the Minister may determine, and
(c)
must be lodged at the office of IPART.
