50B Definitions
In this Division—
monopoly service means a water or sewerage service declared to be a monopoly service under this Division.
monopoly supplier means—
(a)
a licensed operator that operates infrastructure by means of which a monopoly service is provided, or
(b)
a licensed retailer that sells a monopoly service to a customer.
