Other matters, including the following—
(a)
the carrying out of plumbing work and drainage work,
(b)
the use of water for fire-fighting purposes,
(c)
the imposition and enforcement of water restrictions,
(d)
the prohibition and regulation of discharges into sewage pipes and sewer mains,
(d1)
matters relating to the substitution of registered operators and registered retailers,
(e)
matters of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the making of a coverage declaration, a revocation declaration or a binding non-coverage declaration.
