84A Purposes for which functions may be exercised
Functions may be exercised under this Part only for 1 or more of the following purposes—
(a)
for determining whether there has been compliance with or a contravention of this Act or the regulations or an access undertaking, access agreement, licence, approval, notice or requirement under this Act or the regulations,
(b)
for obtaining information or records for purposes connected with the administration of this Act or the regulations,
(c)
generally for administering this Act or the regulations.
