84Q Offences
(1)
A person must not, without lawful excuse, neglect or fail to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Part.
(2)
A person must not threaten, hinder, obstruct or delay an inspector in the exercise of the inspector’s functions under this Part.
(3)
A person must not impersonate an inspector.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—22,500 penalty units, or
(b)
for an individual—5,000 penalty units.
