85A Compliance audits
(1)
IPART may, at any time, require a compliance audit to be conducted.
(2)
It is a condition of each approval and licence that the registered operator and licensee, as applicable, (the audit target) must co-operate with and facilitate a compliance audit.
(3)
IPART is to give the audit target notice of the decision to require a compliance audit, unless the giving of notice would defeat the purpose of the audit.
