94A Disclosure of records and information
(1)
The Minister and IPART may each disclose to the other records or information obtained in the execution or administration of this Act.
(2)
This section extends to authorise the disclosure of records or information despite an express or implied obligation not to disclose the records or information, whether or not the obligation arises under law.
