33 Criteria for last resort providers
For the Act, section 55(3)(b), the criteria are the following—
(a)
a licensee must be capable of operating the essential service,
(b)
a licensee must be suitable having regard to the proximity of the licensee to the essential service,
(c)
if the licensee is a licensed operator—the licence must authorise the same class of water industry infrastructure as the essential infrastructure.
