7 Trust Board
(1)
There is to be a Board of the Trust.
(2)
The Board consists of the following members—
(a)
the Chief Executive,
(b)
the 7 appointed members of the Board of the Greater Sydney Parklands Trust.
(3)
One of the members of the Board appointed under subsection (2)(d) is, by the instrument of his or her appointment as a member or by a subsequent instrument executed by the Minister, to be appointed as the Chairperson of the Board.
(4)
(Repealed)
(5)
Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the Board.
