76A Special provision for coal mines
The health and safety committee for a workplace that is a coal mine within the meaning of the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 must include—
(a)
at least 1 person who is a site safety and health representative for the coal mine, and
(b)
at least 1 person who is an electrical safety and health representative for the coal mine.
