15 Discontinuation of weekly payments after 2 years—application of 1998 amendments
The amendments to section 52A made by the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 1998 apply to the discontinuation of payments of weekly compensation after the commencement of those amendments, whether the incapacity results from an injury received before or after that commencement and whether all or any part of the 104 weeks of incapacity for work referred to in that section occurred before that commencement.
This clause is subject to the regulations under Part 20 of this Schedule and the regulations under the 1998 Act.
