Employer—offences relating to policies of insurance

In force

(cf former cl 2 of General Regulations)

An employer shall not—

(a)

supply any information to a licensed insurer which the employer knows is false or misleading in a material particular with the object of procuring the issue or renewal of a policy of insurance, or

(b)

wilfully fail to observe any of the terms of a policy of insurance obtained by the employer.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
