17 Psychological injuries
The 1987 Act, sections 38, 39A and 39B, as amended by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.1[5A]–[5C] and the 2026 Act, Schedule 2.1[1]–[6], apply to a psychological injury notified after 30 June 2026.
