173 Furnishing information for calculation of premiums
(cf former ss 18 (7), (7A), 66 (1A) (a)–(c))
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to—
requiring the supply of information relevant to the calculation of the premiums payable under policies of insurance (whether to be supplied before or after the issue or renewal of any such policy), and
requiring any such information to be verified by statutory declaration or be accompanied by a certificate from a registered tax agent, a registered company auditor (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth) or any other person.
Regulations under this section may require information to be supplied to or by employers, licensed insurers or former licensed insurers.
