180 Duration of licences
(cf former s 27 (1))
(1)
A licence granted under this Division continues in force until—
(a)
the expiration of the period (if any) specified in the licence during which it is to be in force, or
(b)
the licence is, pursuant to this Division, cancelled,
whichever first occurs.
(2)
A licence is not in force while it is suspended pursuant to this Division.
