22 Amendments applying to injuries received before 1 January 2002
The amendments made by the 2025 Act and the 2026 Act do not apply to or in relation to injuries received before 1 January 2002, other than the following—
(a)
amendments made to the 1987 Act by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.2,
(b)
amendments made to the 1987 Act by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.4,
(c)
amendments made to the 1987 Act by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.5,
(d)
amendments made to the 1987 Act by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.9[6]–[9].
