(1)
The Minister is to conduct a review of this Division to determine whether the policy objectives of the Division remain valid and whether the provisions of the Division remain appropriate for securing those objectives.
(2)
The review is to be conducted as soon as possible after 30 June 2004, and a report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after the completion of the review.
