8 Deemed employment of workers
(1)
The amendments to clause 2 of Schedule 1 made by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1995 are made for the purpose of avoiding doubt, and accordingly that clause is taken to have been so amended from its own commencement.
(2)
However, those amendments do not affect any determination of a court made before the commencement of the amendments.
