Meaning of “relevant event”

In force

In this Act, a relevant event means—

(a)

being subjected to an act of violence or a threat of violence, or

(b)

being subjected to indictable criminal conduct, or

(c)

witnessing—

(i)

a traumatic incident happen, or

(ii)

a dead or seriously injured person at the scene of a traumatic incident, or

(d)

experiencing vicarious trauma, or

(e)

being subjected to sexual harassment, or

(f)

being subjected to racial harassment, or

(g)

being subjected to bullying, or

(h)

being subjected to excessive work demands, or

(i)
