8Q Regulations
The regulations may provide for matters relating to primary psychological injuries, including—
(a)
the type of matters or circumstances an insurer must take into account when determining whether an injury is a primary psychological injury for which compensation is payable, and
(b)
the evidence a worker must provide for a claim in relation to a primary psychological injury.
