114 Inclusion of orders to collect and scotch confirmation
A reference in this Part to probate or administration shall be read as including a reference to:
(a)
an order to a curator or other person to collect and administer an estate; and
(b)
a confirmation of the executor or another person granted in a
Sheriff Court in Scotland.
