153 Section 104: rejection of claims in excess of prescribed amount
If, on or after 1 July 2002 but before the day on which the
Administrator's assent to the Justice Portfolio (Miscellaneous
Amendments) Act 2005 is declared, a professional personal representative served a notice under section 104(1) in relation to a claim in excess of the prescribed amount:
(a)
the validity of the notice is not affected because of the amendment effected by section 4 of that Act; and
(b)
section 104 is taken to apply, and always to have applied, in relation to the claim as if that amendment had not been effected.
