71B Applications for orders for distribution
(1)
A person who claims to be entitled to take an interest in an intestate estate of an intestate Aboriginal under the customs and traditions of the community or group to which the intestate
Aboriginal belonged or a professional personal representative may apply to the Court for an order under this Division in relation to the intestate estate.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by a plan of distribution of the intestate estate prepared in accordance with the traditions of the community or group to which the intestate
Aboriginal belonged.
