32 Review by Tribunal
(1)
The Tribunal has jurisdiction to review a decision (a reviewable decision) specified in Schedule 1.
(2)
An affected person, for a reviewable decision, is a person specified in Schedule 1 for the decision.
(3)
An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the
Tribunal for review of the decision.
