48 Alcohol protection orders become BDOs
A first alcohol protection order in force immediately before the commencement is taken, on and after the commencement, to be a first police BDO for the remaining period for which it would have been in force if the APO Act had not been repealed.
A second alcohol protection order in force immediately before the commencement is taken, on and after the commencement, to be a second police BDO for the remaining period for which it would have been in force if the APO Act had not been repealed.
A later alcohol protection order in force immediately before the commencement is taken, on and after the commencement, to be a subsequent police BDO for the remaining period for which it would have been in force if the APO Act had not been repealed.
