12 Suspension or cancellation of registration
(1) Where a borrower fails to comply with these By-laws the Library Manager may suspend or cancel the borrower's registration.
(2) Where a person’s registration is cancelled under clause (1), the Library
Manager is not obliged to subsequently register the person as a borrower.
