64 Variation of project approval by agreement or on application
An accredited animal ethics committee may vary its approval of a project, a condition of its approval or the terms of reference of the project if:
(a)
the registered person for the project consents to the variation;
or
(b)
the variation is requested by the registered person or the chief investigator for the project acting with the authority of the registered person.
