3 Objects
The objects of this Act are:
(a)
to promote recognition and acceptance within the community of the principle of the right to equality of opportunity of persons regardless of an attribute; and
(b)
to prevent and eliminate discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation to the greatest extent possible; and
(c)
to promote the identification and elimination of systemic discrimination.
