94 Legal practitioner may assist Commissioner
(1)
The Commissioner may make arrangements for a legal practitioner to appear at proceedings under this Act to assist the Commissioner.
(2)
A legal practitioner assisting the Commissioner under this section is subject to the Commissioner's direction and control.
