These Regulations may be cited as the Anti-Discrimination

Regulations 1994.

For section 4A(2) of the Act, definition trained or accredited, the following organisations and bodies are prescribed:

For section 88(1)(b) of the Act the prescribed amount is $60 000.

Anti-Discrimination Regulations 1994
