Associations (Model Constitution) Regulations 2004

(1) The association must file the completed Schedule to the model constitution with the Director:

(a) if it is not incorporated

– with its application for incorporation under section 8 of the

Act; or

(b) if it is already incorporated and is altering its constitution – as part of the documents required to be filed by section 23 of the Act.

(2) The Director may request changes to the details in the Schedule to the model constitution before issuing a certificate of incorporation or approving the alteration of the constitution.
