28A Definitions
In this Part:
intersex person means a person who is born with physical or biological sex characteristics that do not fit typical classifications of male or female bodies.
psychologist means a person registered under the Health
Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the psychology profession (other than as a student).
recognition certificate means a certificate issued under any law certifying that a person has a sex or gender that is different to the sex or gender specified for that person in the
Register.
