29 Building practitioner to be informed
If the Director does not dismiss the complaint under section 28(a),
(b)
or (c), the Director must, by notice in the approved form:
(a)
inform the building practitioner of the complaint and attach to the notice a copy of the complaint; and
(b)
invite the practitioner to respond to the Director about the complaint within the specified time (which must be at least 5 working days after the notice is given).
