34D Production and inspection of documents
(1)
The auditor conducting the audit may, by notice in the approved form, require a building practitioner to produce to the auditor any documents that may be relevant to the audit.
(2)
The auditor may inspect, or take extracts from or copies of, any documents produced under subsection (1).
