60B Amendment and cancellation of building permit
(1)
A building certifier who grants a building permit may amend the permit on the application, in writing, of the owner of the land to which the permit relates.
(2)
A building certifier who grants a building permit may cancel the permit:
(a)
on the application, in writing, of the owner of the land to which the permit relates; or
(b)
if the building certifier is satisfied that the permit was obtained by misrepresentation.
