67 Application
(1) An application for an occupancy permit may be made to a building certifier by the owner of a building or by the owner's agent.
(2)
An owner or owner's agent may apply for an occupancy permit:
(a)
after carrying out building work; or
(b)
if a variation of the existing occupancy permit is sought; or
(c)
if an occupancy permit is required for any other reason.
