Establishment of Advisory Committee

In force

(1)

There is established by this section a Committee to be known as the Building Advisory Committee.

(2)

The Advisory Committee consists of such members appointed by the

Minister as the Minister thinks fit.

(3)

The members of the Advisory Committee must elect one of their number to be the Chairperson of the Committee and another to be its

Deputy Chairperson.

(4)

Without limiting subsection (2), the Director or a member of the

Appeals Board or the Practitioners Board may be appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee.
