18AC Limitation of time for Director to determine application for certificate of existence
For Schedule 3, clause 9(4) of the Act, the time within which the
Director must determine whether to grant a certificate of existence is a reasonable period of time from the day on which the recommendation in relation to the certificate is lodged with the
Director.
