More than one Class 1 building on one allotment

In force

A person must not construct more than one Class 1 Building on an allotment except where:

(a)

a planning scheme or interim development control order allows the construction; or

(b)

the allotment is not less than 4 ha in area, not more than

2 buildings are constructed and both buildings comply with this
