Disability access provisions

In force

For section 129B(1)(b) of the Act, the following provisions of the Building Code, as adopted by regulation 4(1), are prescribed for Part 10A of the Act:

(a)

Section D (Access and Egress);

(b)

Part E3 (Lift Installations);

(c)

Part F4 (Sanitary and Other Facilities).
