128 Requirement to forward permanent records
(1)
If a licence to operate a facility is surrendered under section
127(1), the person who held that licence must forward the facility's permanent records to the archives service within 9 months of the surrender.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person contravenes the requirement under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
