143 Disposal outside a facility
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person intentionally disposes of human remains; and
(b)
the disposal occurs at a location outside a facility.
Maximum penalty: 300 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 years.
(2)
Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(b).
(3)
An offence against this section is a summary offence.
