Requirement to forward permanent records

Current

(1)

The Minister may direct the responsible entity for the suspended cemetery to forward its permanent records to the archives service within 9 months of suspension.

(2)

A responsible entity commits an offence if the responsible entity contravenes the requirement under subsection (1).

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

(3)

An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
