193 Chief Health Officer may make guidelines
(1)
The Chief Health Officer may, from time to time, make guidelines relating to any public health matter related to the burial, disposal or exhumation of human remains under this Act.
(2)
The Agency administering the Public and Environmental Health
Act 2011 must publish a guideline made under subsection (1) on the Agency's website as soon as practicable after the guideline is made.
