199 Nhulunbuy Public Cemetery
(1)
On the commencement, the Nhulunbuy Public Cemetery mentioned in section 6A of the repealed Act is taken to be a public cemetery under section 16 of this Act.
(2)
On the commencement, the Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited is taken to be the responsible entity for the Nhulunbuy Public Cemetery under section 22 of this Act.
