69 CEO may request documents
(1)
The CEO may request a copy of the document mentioned in
section
67(1)(a)(i) or (ii) from a provider if the document is not submitted with the burial notification.
(2)
If the CEO requests a copy of the document under subsection (1), the provider must provide a copy of the document to the CEO unless the provider does not have access to the document.
