83 Area fire management plans
(1)
Bushfires NT must prepare an area fire management plan for a fire management area as soon as practicable after the declaration of the area under section 60(a).
(2)
Bushfires NT must, as soon as practicable after preparing an area fire management plan, publish notice of the plan, and of where a copy of it may be inspected, in the Gazette.
