Periodic occupancy, other than for breach

(1)

A resident under a caravan park agreement may, by notice of termination to the operator, terminate a periodic occupancy without specifying a ground for the termination in the notice.

(2)

The notice of termination must specify a particular day for the termination to take effect (that must be at least 14 days after the date the notice is given to the operator).
