142 Enforcing caravan park rules
It is a term of each caravan park agreement that the operator must:
(a)
take all reasonable steps to ensure the caravan park rules are observed by all residents and other persons occupying agreement property; and
(b)
ensure the caravan park rules are reasonable and are enforced and interpreted consistently and fairly.
